West Vancouver Police are seeking three suspects after a robbery Thursday evening at a Park Royal area jewellery store.

Police were called to Lugaro's Jewellers shortly before 8pm. 

Witnesses reported seeing 3 masked suspects running from the store after a spray irritant was released inside. 

Display cases were smashed, Investigators are working with store staff to confirm the amount of valuables stolen.

Suspects were last reported northbound from the area in a grey older model compact car with a large dent in the rear.  No licence plate was obtained.

West Vancouver Police are continuing to investigate and have interviewed several witnesses. 

Several persons in the vicinity of the robbery were treated for exposure to the spray irritant.
